Sometimes Alexa can be confused about where she is or what time zone she belongs to. Use "Assert Address" to update all or one Alexa to your current location.
Update the address and timezone
1. Navigate to the Settings 
section of the upper right section of the portal.
2. See the Assert Address widget.
3. Click "Assert Address".
You will see the process inside the widget. It will fetch all Alexa devices, assert the address, and then assert the timezone.
If the location doesn't update after 5 minutes, power cycle the device by unplugging and replugging.
