Add Community Content & Alexa Skills

Sync your community content to your Alexa devices

If Alexa says "Sorry, only the owner can manage this device" or "I can't help you with that" sync the Speak2 Content skills. 

Alexa doesn't have the community information, so once you assign the "Speak2 Content" skills it will fully connect to your calendar, menu, etc. 

Assign the Speak2 Content Skills

  1. Go to Skill Management under Alexa
    web-skills

  2. Go to "Speak2 Content" tab
  3. Click "Assign" 
  4. This will assign your community content (Menu, Activities, etc.) to all your rooms

Community Sign In/Out Use to check guests in and out of the community
News General News such as TED talks, NBC, Fox News
Entertainment Games, trivia and general entertainment skills 
Speak2 Content Your community content! This includes activity calendar, menu, community news, notepad, signage and more. This is the skill needed to hear community content.
Resident Sign in/Out Mark residents in/out. This cannot be used with the community skill.
