EHR/Nurse Call Integration Guidelines
Manage and troubleshoot Palcare, Intrex, August Health, PCC and Yardi

Palcare - Nurse Call
Requests from Palcare can be sent to Speak2, so everything is in one place. Answer pendants, pullcords, door alarms, and wander alerts right from the Speak2 Staff app. We sync every night, and Champion users can trigger a sync.
- Room names must be the same in Speak2 and Palcare
- Resident names must be the same in Speak2 and Palcare
- If a Resident is missing, ensure the data above is correct and click "Sync Palcare Residents" under the Residents page

Residents and Rooms MUST be the same for the sync to properly work. We recommend syncing both with your EHR.
Intrex/Rythmos - Nurse Call
Connect your Rythmos system with Speak2. Sync any pendants, pullcords, door alarms and wander alerts from Rythmos to the Speak2 Staff app.
- Room names must be the same in Speak2 and Rythmos
- Resident names must be the same in Speak2 and Rythmos
- Escalations still occur via the Rythmos system
- Reach out to Rythmos if you need to change any alerts or hardware
If you do not receive an alert or an alert does not sync properly, reach out to Rythmos as your first step.
PointClickCare (PCC) - EHR
Sync Resident Survey information (Name, Room, LOC, Email, Phone, Birthday, Photo, Care Plan) to Speak2. Any room changes are automatically synced.
- Phone Number and Email are synced but can be overrided
- If any other changes are needed, update it in PCC and it will update in Speak2
- You cannot edit Resident information in Speak2 since PCC is the source of truth
- If a resident does not appear, confirm they have been added to PCC and they are an Active move in.
It takes some time for residents to process from PCC to Speak2. When you add a resident in PCC, please allow some time for it to populate in Speak2.
Yardi - EHR
Sync Resident Survey information (Name, Room, LOC, On-Premise status). Any room changes are automatically synced.
- We sync every 3 hours. If a new resident moves in the day of in Yardi, please be mindful it can take 3-4 hours (with processing time) for the resident to display in Speak2.
August Health - EHR
Sync Resident Survey information (Name, Room, LOC, Birthday, Photo, Care Plan) and ADLs for care tracking.
