About Speak2
Speak2 is focused on bringing the human element to technology. Speak2 came about because cofounder, Matt Smith, wanted to help his Mom connect better with their family as her vision declined because of macular degeneration. Our goal is to connect people using the interface that makes the most sense for them and their abilities. It can be using apps on a phone, our web portal or Alexa. The three core groups in Senior Living, residents, caregivers and family, can be connected for an exchange of content and services without needing to learn new skills or technologies.
The playbook outlines recommended use cases. We really recommend these. It is the best way to get the most out of Speak2!

Community Setup
Each community will have a different stage of readiness. As such, we work with each community to understand what will be most effective for them. That said, there are some basic setup requirements that ensure success.
System Requirements
These are technical requirements that enable the software to be launched in your community. The below requirements are intended for technical staff to review and assist. If any of the terms below are foreign, it is likely that you’ll need assistance from others in your company.
