Mail is in

Let residents know the mail has arrived

The “Mail is in” button alerts your community via Alexa that the mail has arrived. People can also ask, “Alexa, is the mail in?” Alexa will announce it out loud, show it on the screen, and save it as a notification.

Send the "mail is in" alert

  1. Click the Mail icon in the top right corner.
  2. A pop-up will ask if you want to send out the alert. Once you click yes, Alexa will read out loud "The mail has arrived, I repeat the mail as arrived" and show on the screen the mail is in.
  3. The icon will turn green once pressed.
  4. This only works between 9 AM and 9 PM

Residents can ask, "Alexa is the mail in?" and she will answer yes or no depending on the button. If it is not pressed, Alexa will say no.
