Model Room

There are 2 "Speak2" rooms and resident created in your system automatically. "Speak2 Family" and "Speak2 Pal". You can use either of these rooms as your "Model" room.
- Alternatively, you can create a room called "Model" in the Speak2 Live portal. Go to Configuration-Rooms and create the room.
Assign an Alexa device to room "Model" with the Staff app or int he portal.
Invite yourself to the Family app
Send some messages back/forth and test calling via the Family app
Create reminders or send announcements during the tour
Have the prospects favorite music playing before walking into demo room
Create a personalized "Welcome" or "Greetings" signage slide with the prospects name
Demo video calling by calling yourself, "Alexa, call Name" or audio calling by saying, "Alexa, call the Front Desk"
Say "Alexa, I need help" and demonstrate how simple residents can get help. Ideally you will have the Staff app and the prospect will see the notification come to your device when asked.

If your model room moves, move the Alexa assigned to the model room. This Alexa will be assigned to the room "Model" and will move as needed.

If you don't have a model room, you can use a demo or discovery room.
