Notifications are placed on a device.

When there is a new notifications, they will beep and show yellow indicator on the screen. On Echo shows, you will see a bell icon in the top right corner. 

Notifications are often automatically set on devices for services, orders or events. 

Families and caregivers can set notifications on the resident Alexa using the Community app. 


Set Notifications 

  1. Click Notifications on the left hand navigation
  2. Enter the text
  3. Select your recipients (All, groups, multiple or individual) 
  4. Click "Schedule Notification" to send in advance
    1. Choose your repetition and date & time
  5. Click Submit

Delete Notifications

  1. Scroll to the Calendar view
  2. Select the Notification you want to edit or delete
  3. Delete/edit a single Notification or all recurring notifications
