Create your Service Signage template in Prntyr

Customize your "Display in Signage" service slides. Use the Service Templates in Prntr to design your own - change the photo size, layout and it will automatically update with your content every day.red-speaky

  1. Login to the Staff web > Click Prntyr on the bottom left navigation
  2. Click Slides 
  3. Click Templates
  4. Scroll and select the Service Template you want to edit/create
  5. A template will show with a design. 

This slide will display for all your service events with "Display in Signage" checked off.

It will update daily with each new service information.

My Organization (Corporate) Prntyr templates 

Check out your company shared slides with in the "My Organization" tab. Organizations typically share TV slide templates, newsletters, daily one pagers and Alexa collateral. orange speaky

  1. Click "Designs" 
  2. Click "My Organization" 
  3. You can select from TV Slides, Alexa Slides, Calendars or Documents

You can filter by your Shared or Favorites too. Click each icon to switch and see.

Available templates: 
  • Alexa slides
  • TV slides
  • Calendars (monthly, weekly, daily) 
  • Documents (newsletters)

Use a Prntyr Template

  1. Click the type of content (Document, Newsletter, Alexa Slides, TV Slides) 
  2. Uncheck My Organization, My Shared, Favorites (boxes should be gray) 
  3. Search for a key word or scroll through the pages 
  4. Click the image of the design you want to use
  5. You can edit the image and then send it to TVs or Alexa screens.
