View which Alexa is assigned to a Resident
Export Alexa and other resident information easily from the resident page.

How do I know what Alexa is assigned to what room?
- Say, "Alexa, what room am I in?" and Alexa will answer.
- Open the Staff App > Click Question Mark top left corner > Click Move a Device > Scan the QR code and the room it's currently assigned to will display
- Export a list below.
If the device does not respond with the room, the device is most likely not assigned. Please email support@speak2family.com with the code and which room you'd like to assign the device to.
If a device is currently assigned to your community, that means you cannot reset it. Please contact Speak2 if the device needs to be removed from your community.
Export a list of Residents and their assigned devices
- If you want to export a list of resident, you can do this by clicking into the Resident page in the upper left.
- Once you see the list of residents, you can click the Export button and you will be presented with options on what you want to include in your export file.
- Make your selections and click "Export". If you want the assigned Alexa for each apartment, select "Include Smart Device Information"

After you click Export, the system will close the window and build your file behind the scenes. This can take up to 15 minutes.
When you next click "Export" you will see the last file that was built for you. If you select this file (Export Last), it will download for you to view.
