How do I see what Alexa's are assigned to what rooms?

Export Alexa and other resident information easily from the resident page.

If you want to export a list of resident, you can do this by clicking into the Resident page in the upper left.

Once you see the list of residents, you can click the Export button and you will be presented with options on what you want to include in your export file.

Make your selections and click "Export". IfF you want the assigned Alexa for each apartment, select "Include Smart Device Information"

NOTE: after clicking Export, the system will close the window and build your file behind the scenes. This can take up to 15 minutes. When you next click "Export" you will see the last file that was built for you. If you select this file (Export Last), it will download for you to view.
