Table of content
Residents can sign in and sign out on Alexa or the Neighbors app. They will be marked on and off-premise. Create custom questions to ask residents when they are signing out.

Create your Sign out Questions
- Click Kiosk from the wrench icon under Config in the top right corner
- Create your questions
- Click Submit.
These questions will be asked each time the residents signs out through Alexa or the app. All answers are recorded in the resident record and Notepad.
Resident Sign in
On the Neighbors App
Click "I'm in" and this will mark the resident as Signed in.
On Alexa
Say "Alexa, sign in" and Alexa will say, “Thanks for signing in.”
Alexa will ask any additional questions added in Sign Out.
Alexa will broadcast a note that “Name” is signing out at “Time”.
Alexa will ask you to confirm. If you do not confirm, Alexa will stop and start over.
Resident Sign out
On the Neighbors App
Click "I'm out" and this will mark the resident as Signed out.
On Alexa
Say "Alexa, sign out" and Alexa will say, “Thanks for signing out.”
Alexa will ask any additional questions added in Sign Out.
Alexa will broadcast a note that “Name” is signing in at “Time”.
Alexa will ask you to confirm. If you do not confirm, Alexa will stop and start over.
