Alexa settings for Champion users

Update Alexa's address to the right location, change the wifi or modify links.
Alexa > Settings
On the left hand navigation > Alexa Management > Settings

- Assert or update the Address and Timezone
- Add a Custom Address to one or multiple locations
- Assert or update the WiFi network
- Add and manage Links
Assert or update Alexa location
If an Alexa device is in the room location shows the wrong location, click Assert address to update it.
- Go to Alexa > Settings from the left hand navigation
- Click "Assert address"

- It will start to apply this location and address to all Alexa's. Please allow some time for this to sync and scroll down to see the status.

If the location doesn't update after 5 minutes, power cycle the device by unplugging and replugging.
Add a Custom Address

- If you have a room that has a different address, apply the address to one or multiple rooms.
- Add the Street, City, State, Zip Code, Timezone and select the rooms
- A status will show in the Assert Address chart below.
Update the WiFi

- Go to Alexa > Settings from the left hand navigation
- Go to Assert WiFi
- Enter in your new WiFi information
(WiFi name and password)
- Select the resident/room you are updating.
- Click "Assert Wifi"
- It will start to update. It may take time since it prepares a list of all Alexa devices. View a report and status in the table below.
A failure message will show if the devices is offline, plugged in or not assigned to a resident.
If you do not see the room you'd like to update, add a resident to the room or check the name.
Neighbor App Links
- Go to Alexa > Settings from the left hand navigation and scroll to Add Links
- Add the iOS link and Android Link and click "Save"
- It will show up in the Neighbors app. You can add up to 5 links.
