How to sign in with your corporate or company email (SSO)

Sign in with SSO

Sign in with your existing company email address. This is known as Single-Sign-on (SSO). You will sign in with your company email address and password.

  1. Click Login on speak2family.com or https://alexa.speak2.live/
  2. On the left side, click your company name
  3. A page to sign in with your company email will appear. Sign in with those credentials.
    1. Your organization may have additional security layers we are not aware of. Please check with your IT resource for any additional login details.
  4. When you first login, you are automatically assigned as a Staff user with no departments toggled on. Ask an already signed-in Speak2 Power User or Champion to update your user level and departments.

If you only see the request page, that means you are only a Staff user. Ask a Power User or Champion in your community to update your settings.
