Staff Impact Workshops
The impact workshops are specific Speak2 courses designed for someone in the community to use and educate their residents or staff on.
For example, there is a workshop called "Likes" which demonstrates how residents can say, "Alexa, ask me a question". This fills out their wellness details so you can use this information to build your calendar or have a meaningful conversation.

Sync impact workshops from Universal Services
Each impact workshop are available with all details (including PDF staff guide) to sync from Universal Services.
- Login > Click Services from the top right navigation
- Click Universal Services
- Search for "Impact"
- Sync all or the specific one you want
- Add it to your calendar!
