Training

How to use Training

In our staff training feature, communities can create “lessons” that are sent to staff via the Staff app at regular intervals, and in a random order. The lessons are presented as Service Requests in the staff app, along with other service requests - in this way, lessons are viewed during the regular flow of a work day. 

How does Training work 

  • Staff can view the content and “close” the lesson once read.
  • This marks the lesson as seen by staff with timestamp 
  • The community can then view how many lessons have been viewed by a staff member, and potentially tally the details and apply as continuing education.

What are some examples of Training?

  • Fire and Safety
  • Care advice
  • Specific resident information, E.g., Mrs. Smith in Apartment 202 will be away for 2 weeks visiting family.
  • Specific building information, E.g., the fire alarm on floor 2 is not functioning and will be fixed on Friday.
  • Materials can be uploaded in bulk from any content provider or institution.
