User IDs

If we are connecting to an existing system, you will be able to log in to Speak2 using your existing UID and Password. However, in many cases, we supply the first set of User IDs and Passwords for you to use to log in and start using Speak2. Assuming Speak2 is supplying your first user IDs and passwords, you will be provided these in a secure manner for your first login.

Once you are able to login, you can add staff and assign roles by following the instructions in our Knowledge Base. 

Logging into Web

Access the portal by visiting www.speak2family.com and clicking the “Login” button.

You can also access it directly by typing https://alexa.speak2.live into your browser.

We recommended bookmarking this URL so it is easily accessible. 

Note: Your login is case sensitive. If you forget your password, click the “Forget Password” button on the login page. You will receive an email to reset your password. 

Logging in with a Corporate ID or Single Sign On (SSO)

If your community has set up a Single Sign On, follow the steps below to login. If you do not see this option when logging in, hard refresh your screen by clicking (Ctrl + Shift + R). 

  1. Select the left side "Corporate sign in" buttoncorp-SSO-login
  2. Enter your Corporate email and password
  3. You'll be automatically signed in with your company info

Your company may have some specific steps after you login. Please reach out to your internal IT department or your Speak2 liaison. 

Speak2 Apps 

Speak2 has specific apps for Residents, Family and Staff. Our apps are available for Android and iOS phones and tablets. They are accessible on the Google Play and Apple App Stores.

They can be found by searching the app store of choice as follows: 

  1. The Staff app can be found by searching for “Speak2 Staff Live” on Apple App Store or Google Play.

  2. The Community app, intended for external users such as family, friends or other caregivers, can be found by searching for “Speak2 Community” on Apple App Store or Google Play.

Enable Push Notifications on your phone settings to receive alerts from either apps.
