What is the Community Feed?
No matter what your role is, it is always useful to see exactly what's going on in the community in real-time. Whether it’s a resident making a call or a staff member visiting a resident, all activity is available in the Feed. You can sort to see your specific area or view by resident. If you want quick access to everything going on, that’s the Feed.
Just like a Facebook feed, this feed is a real-time report of how your community is interacting with Speak2 on Alexa, the web and app.
If someone adds a contact or asks for the menu, it will be listed here. The feed defaults to the current day.
- Use the Date filter to change the time period.
- Click the filter button to select specific features to view.
- Hover the icon to view the name.
- If you want to see that feature in the feed, click it. The icon will turn dark blue once selected.
Tip: You can print or export this information by clicking the icons in the top right.
