Speak2 Dining App

Take an order

Place an order by selecting the Resident or Table/Seat. 

1. Tap the Star icon or Fork/Knife Icon
2. Select the restaurant you are working in.
3. Select a resident or Table/Seat
4. Select the Meal(s) and any add on's by clicking the plus button
   1. Click "Expand add ons" to show sides/modifications
5. Click "Review Order" on the bottom
6. The order defaults to sit in. Select the table if necessary, Select Delivery if necessary. 
7. Add any notes. 
8. Click "Place Order" 

Print an order

Once you take an order, print a ticket to the kitchen. 

1. Go to "Orders" page by clicking the Home icon 
2. Click "Print" to print the order
   1. The button background will change color once printed. 
3. The order will print 
   1. If you have "Print order on one ticket" turned on in Profile > Settings, then the entire order will be printed on one ticket. 
   2. If this is not turned on, then each meal item will be printed individually. 

Close or complete the order

When the order is completed, click the "Close" button. It will be marked as closed and removed from your screen. 

Attendance

View a list of who is served/unserved by clicking the Meal Name in the top left corner. You'll be brought to a page showing you a percentage and list residents. 

You can also filter by a specific Station or by a Meal type on the top navigation bar.
