The Speak2 Community (Family) app is available on iOS and Google Play store. This app is intended for friends & family of your residents. Invite one person to the app, and they take ownership of managing the address book for the resident.

How to invite someone to the Community App
- Go to the Resident Record
- Click their name and the first tab is
Address Book
- Go to App Entered section
- Check "Community" (Family) app
- Add their phone number and email
- Click Announcements (Optional)
- They will receive a code and sign-up text to join. See more information here.
There is only one relationship manager. It is either an RP or a Resident. If multiple family members want access, they will need to be invited by the relationship manager.
Relationship Manager
The relationship manager is the person you invite under "App Entered". They can invite others to the Community or Neighbors app.
Family = Speak2 Community App
Resident = Speak2 Neighbors app
Visit the Family Documents section to view and download community app instructions. There are PDFs you can share.
What if the resident or family doesn't want to show the Feed in the Community App?
If you want to hide the feed in the resident app, simply toggle "Social Opt Out" to "On" in the resident record. This will hide any social or feed details in the app.
