The Speak2 Neighbors app has a "social" section that allows residents to see each other's profiles and contact each other via email or phone (if they are in the system). Residents can also update their profile information, picture, and interests.
Some residents will want to be excluded from this feature. To do this, you can simply click the "Social Opt Out" button on their resident card in the Residents section of the portal.
To find a resident, either search for them in the search resident box or click the resident icon:
Once you see the resident, you can simply click to toggle to turn off the social sharing feature.
If you have residents at different levels of care, such as IL and MC, in the same community, the above can be applied to hide all of your MC residents from Social, if appropriate.
