Change the WiFi network for one Alexa or multiple Alexas. If you have residents with individual WiFis, you can assert the WiFi to an Alexa device in Settings on the Speak2 web.
The existing WiFi MUST be available to update the device. Alexa cannot do anything if it is not on WiFi. Do not turn off the existing WiFi network before changing or asserting the new WiFi.
How to update the WiFi:
1. Navigate to the Settings 
section of the upper right section of the portal.
2. The Assert WiFi widget may take some time to load since it prepares a list of all Alexa devices.
3. Enter the information for the new network (WiFi name, WiFi password), and select the resident/room that the Alexa is assigned to.
4. Click Assert Wifi. You will get a success or failure message.
If you get a failure message, ensure that the Alexa is plugged in and on an existing WiFi. Alexa is not reachable unless it is on an existing WiFi.
