View your company's specific services
We encourage building a Corporate Services Library to provide consistent templates and a strong support system to all communities. Below are the steps to add services to you corporate library (if you are a Power User) and how to adopt a corporate service in your community.
If you are uncertain of your company status related to corporate services, please speak with your community liaison or corporate sponsor.
Creating Corporate Services
To create a corporate service, a short consulting project with Speak2 is required. As part of this engagement, we help define and set up your services in a corporate account that acts as a distribution mechanism for services and other content. If you would like to set up corporate services, please contact Speak2.
Add a Corporate Service to your community service library.
To add a corporate service to your community, navigate to your Services configuration screen, you will see 3 tabs, as per below image. Follow the below steps to bring a corporate service into your Community Services library.
- Click the Config button on the top right menu.
- Select Services
- Select Corporate Services
- To adopt this service into your community library, click "Sync to this Community"
- This service will now be displayed in your Community Services library.
- YOU MUST update the Asset/Location field and click Submit.
You can change any settings once the service is added to your community library. Be sure to update the Asset/Location field, as this must be one of your local assets/locations. Feel free to update any other fields to suit your needs.
