Dining Restrictions

Resdient have dining restrictions that are important to their wellness. See below on how to track this in Speak2, and where it is utilized.

Resident Records

In the resident record, there is a tab called "Dietary". In this tab you can add dietary goals and identify any restrictions.

By selecting any checkboxes in teh restrictions tab, Speak2 will be able to highlight if the resident or staff tries to order food that matches one of their dietary restrictions.

Dining Cookbook

When creating a meal in the Dining Cookbook, there is a tab that matches the resident restriction list. This is where you identify where a conflict would arise when ordering a meal.

If a resident has "Low Sodium" as a restriction, and a Meal has "Low Sodium" in this tab, a notification will be presented to the resident or staff when ordering that meal.

Dining App

In the Speak2 Dining app, you will see the dietary restriction when selecting a resident for an order. You will see any meal restriction in your summary page, and an alert pops up if the resident ordering has a conflict.
