Document Management (Docs)

Add and manage docs for staff and residents

Create a doc

  1. Click Docs on the left hand side
  2. Click Create new Doc to make a new one
  3. Add a name, access, description and file
  4. The doc will display where it is currently used
    docs

Add Docs to Assets, Services and Groups

  1. Add a doc by clicking the dark blue Docs button

  2. Click the document or upload a new one

You must click on the document you want associated to that group. When it is dark blue, that means you have selected it!
