How to add and manage docs for staff and residents

How to create a doc

  1. Click Docs on the left hand side
  2. Click Create new Doc to make a new one
  3. Add a name, access, description and file

How to add Docs to Assets, Services and Groups

In an Asset, Service or Group, you will see a dark blue Docs button. Click here to add any docs you'd like.
