Document Management (Docs)

Add and manage docs for staff and residents


Create a doc

  1. Click Docs on the left hand side
  2. Click Create new Doc to make a new one
  3. Add a name, access, description and file

 

Add Docs to Assets, Services and Groups

  • In an Asset, Service or Group, you will see a dark blue Docs button.
  • Click here to add any docs you'd like.
