Quickly download data in Speak2 for meetings, reports or however you see fit. You will see this icon across various pages in the portal.
Click this icon to download the data on the page you are viewing.
The data will be in CSV format, which means "comma-separated file". This type of file can be opened in any spreadsheet program.
Often the data that is exported contains more information than the fields that you see onscreen.
For example, we may provide the time and date that the data was created or the user that created it. These options vary depending on the screen you are viewing. If you do not have access to the data that you need, please contact your Speak2 liaison to get help.
