How to reach support and ask questions
Search on the Knowledge base, email support, or read online tutorials and videos. One of your best resources will be another team member or your main Speak2 liaison.
Community Liaison
Reach out to your community liaisons for questions.
Ex. “Hey, what calendar type are we using for our Dogwood building?”
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base has articles and a search bar.
- Use the Search bar to find a specific subject. For example, you can search for "Accepting Requests" and all relevant articles will appear.
- Reading Articles. Click into each category and you will see more subcategories with articles. Each article has steps, screenshots and a video walk through.
Support Team
Ask a question or share an issue with our support team. Our support team works Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST. You will receive a response within 24 hours of your submission.
You can contact the support team a few different ways:
- Search in the Knowledge Base for your question or keyword
- Email support@speak2family.com
- Click the question mark in the top left corner of your Staff App
- Say to Alexa, “Alexa, get me support”
