Create and designate calendars, menus, and content for your community's specific levels of care (LOC). Each resident is assigned to a level of care. This is done during onboarding. Rooms cannot exist without being assigned a level of care.
Residents can only be assigned to one level of care.
Types of Level of Care
- AL (Assisted Living)
- IL (Independent Living)
- MC (Memory Care)
- SN (Skilled Nursing)
- Respite
- Rehab
- Residential
- Hospice
- Other
If your content is not assigned to the level of care, the resident won't hear it. For example, if your menu is labeled as AL only but IL and AL have the same menu, IL will not hear it.
To prevent this, save the content as both AL and IL.
