Reports

Requests, Activity Attendance, Device Monitoring and more

There are 8 types of reports in "Reports". All reports can be exported except "Devices". Use the date filter in the top right corner to set your date. Each report will display that selected time period. 

Requests Report

"Alexa, I need help" or any other request (like maintenance, housekeeping or ordering IT help from the community). This shows all data related to residents, staff, and families placing orders for services. 

Attendance Report

Activity and meal attendance data. View the activity participation level, number of registrations or view specific Activity attendance information (e.g. view who registered for event "Walking Group") Scroll down to see all information.

Check In Report

View Resident check in trends. The calendar view displays green/red numbers. Green is number of residents who checked in and red are residents who haven't checked in. The list view displays all checked in residents for that time period.

Content Report

View content residents ask via Alexa, such as "Alexa, what's for dinner?" This includes Question of the Day, Menu, Calendar, Community Messages, Survey Questions and more. 

Messaging Report

This allows you to see how much engagement and interaction residents are having with their family/friends, and specific message data with the Speak2 Community app. You can also view the invite status and people who have been invited to the Community app.

Communication Report

Data related to creation, management and pushing content from staff to residents. . For example, how many announcements have been sent, how often is the “Mail is In” button pressed, or the quantity of Community News shared. Click each box to see a list of that specific feature. 

Device Report

This displays data related to Alexa and other Smart device health. For example, when a device goes offline/online. There may be an hour or 2 delay in this information. 

Resident Interactions Report

This displays all data from the reports above for a specific resident. Select a resident and you will see all requests, content interactions, activity attendance and more. 


How to Download a Report

  1. Click Reports on the left hand Navigation
  2. Click the Box of type of report you want to see
  3. Use the filter date in the Box to change dates
  4. View or export the information

Speak2 aims to provide all customer data with our Reports dashboard and can provide full access via API. Please email support@speak2family.com if you are interested in this.


Print and Export Reports

While we encourage paperless environments when we can, we are aware that some content and data will need to be printed. You can export or print at the top right most of most content and data.

  • Click the export icon to export to a CSV (Comma separated file) format, which can be opened in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Click the print icon and a printable version of the content will open in a new browser window

Of note, while we have tried to capture the reporting needs of our customers, there will always be individual requests to see the data in a certain manner, and to be able to manipulate data with formulas, etc. Speak2 does not restrict data access in any way.

Please be conscious that often a “reporting request” is best handled by downloading the data and manipulating it in the unique manner you seek.
