Reset Password

How to reset your staff password

Option 1forget-password

  1. Log on to speak2family.com
  2. Click "Forget Password"
  3. Enter your username 
  4. You will be emailed a verification code from support@speak2family.com to your email.
  5. Enter the verification code and your new password. 

Option 2 (if someone is logged in)

  1. Click Staff icon in the top right
  2. Click the Staff name to reset 
  3. Click their profile icon on the right side
  4. Scroll and click "Reset Password"
