Resident Calendars
Each resident has a personal calendar

Resident calendars can be viewed on:
- Neighbors app
- Family app
- Alexa up to 7 days
Events can be added to resident calendars by:
- Scheduling an order on
- Notepad entries
- Visiting/Leaving Apartment process using Alexa
- Resident calendar in the web
- "Alexa, add a calendar event"
Create an event on a resident calendar in the staff web

Navigate to the resident list in the top left menu.

Select any resident.

Select their "Calendar" tab

Click into the time of the event or click "Add"

Enter the details and click Submit.

The resident will now see this entry in their calendar via the Neighbors app, Neighbors web or via Alexa (if within 7 days)
Add an event using Alexa
A more useful manner for many residents is to use Alexa to add a calendar event. The steps are below:
- Say "Alexa, add a calendar event"
- Alexa will ask for the details.
- Alexa will confirm and create the calendar event.
- Say, "Alexa, what's on my calendar" to hear.
The event will now be accessible via the Neighbors app, Neighbors web, Community app and by asking "Alexa, what's on my calendar" for the day of the event.
