Resident Likes Collection

Alexa can continuously collect resident likes and dimensions of wellness categories.

Dimensions of Wellness & Resident Likes

Fill in dimensions of wellness or dietary goals on a service, which can match to a resident and their "likes".

The "Profile" tab identifies the dimensions of wellness that they "like." Each service has the same Profile tab, and each service can be tagged with the exact dimensions of wellness. You can use this to align programming with resident interests.

Dimensions of wellness data in services can be matched with residents' likes.

Making Use of Resident Likes

View the resident page to see comparisons of resident likes and event attributes.

  1. Navigate to the resident page by clicking the resident icon in the upper left.
  2. View the events for the current day, or choose your date range.
  3. Note the events are identified along with the amount of residents who match the event, and how many people have registered for the event, or if in the past how many attended the event.

4.  Note the announcement icon next to each event. You can click that button to send an announcement to resident's who would like this event to encourage them to attend.

5.  Note the buttons on the top of the table. You can Edit the announcement being sent. Or, you can toggle "Auto". This will automatically send an announcement 15 minutes before any event to any resident who matches the event.

Turn on "Auto Announcement" to automatically send an announcement to the resident that there is an event that matches their likes!
