Resident Likes & Activity Matching

Fill out the Dimensions of Wellness for your service activities and meals to compare them with resident preferences. Learn what residents like, identify patterns, and align your calendar events and meal offerings accordingly. Dimensions of Wellness information must be completed in each Resident Record through the Neighbors app, Alexa, or the Staff web portal.

Resident Activity Matching

• Send Automated Announcements to residents when an activity matches their likes
  • Turn the "Auto" toggle on (blue). 
  • Click the orange horn icon to edit the Announcement text. 
• Send an announcement for one event to those who match
  • Click the small black horn icon next on the event row 
• View how your activities compare to residents preferences 
  • The number in "Confirmed " show those who registered and "Matched" shows how many residents interest match the interest of the activity
• View how past activities compared to attended and matched likes 
  • "Attended" column will appear and show who Attended the event

Add the Dimensions of Wellness to your Service Activities

Fill in dimensions of wellness to match a resident and their "likes".

1. Go to Services (top right)
2. Click the event or the green "Activities" button to see all
3. Click the Wellness tab at the bottom. 
4. Tabs and lists will pop up. Click each relevant like. 
5. Click "Submit" to save your changes.

Resident Likes on Alexa

1. Residents say, "Alexa, ask me a question?"
2. Alexa will ask, "Do you like..." with a category.
3. The resident can say yes or no, and their record is updated.

Resident Likes on Neighbors app

1. Open the Neighbors app and click your Profile in the top right corner
2. Click each tab (e.g. Intellectual, Occupational, Physical, Social, etc. ) to see the options
3. Click the Checkmark to "like" it and it will save.
