When do residents receive updates?
Requests such as "Alexa, I need help" or "Alexa, order service" will send notifications to the resident based on the defined alerts you set. Most alerts are predefined in the Service Library.
- Requests are accepted, assigned, or scheduled by staff
- Requests are updated, rescheduled, reassigned or reopened
- They do NOT receive an alert if there is an update to the Request details. They will view these updates by saying, "Alexa, open order status" or viewing the Order Status in Neighbors app (bell icon top center screen)
Residents will only receive SMS and email alerts if they are enabled and their information is added.
