When do residents receive updates?

25-request-notificationsRequests such as "Alexa, I need help" or "Alexa, order service" send notifications to the resident based on you defined alerts.

  • Requests have been received.
  • Requests are accepted, assigned, or scheduled by staff
  • Requests are updated, rescheduled, reassigned or reopened

They do NOT receive an alert if there is an update to the Request details.

To find out the status of any order, say "Alexa, open order status" or click Order Status icon in Neighbors app (bell icon top center screen)
