Residents can take surveys or answer your curated questions

The Survey feature is really just the QOTD tool with a slightly different way for residents to engage. Create questions and record residents' answers. Alexa can ask your question, and the resident will say their answer and their answer will be recorded in Reports and their Resident Record. 

Create a Survey Question

  1. Go to "Checkin" 
  2. Click the "Content" tab
  3. Turn on the toggle for "Question of the day"
  4. Click "Create New" and create your question. The most recently entered question will be the current "Survey" question."

How do residents answer?

  1. Resident will say, "Alexa, open my survey".
  2. Alexa will ask the question.
  3. Residents can respond, and the information will be recorded.

The survey question is always the most recently entered question in the "Question of the Day" list.

View Survey answers

  1. Click "Reports" 
  2. Then click "Content"
  3. Filter Request Type for "Question of the Day"
  4. You can also see all questions a specific resident answers in the Resident Record under the "Question of the Day" tab.
