How does the kiosk work?
A common kiosk app provides insight to everyone in the community on what is going on - you can see people coming and going. Often the front desk is the gatekeeper of this information, or a standalone system is collecting this information but with extremely limited access.
Further, connecting the entry and exit of people can inform staff about missed appointments, medicine distribution, attendance, and other critical and time-consuming information.
Speak2 provides a Kiosk-style feature. This feature behaves like other kiosks, where residents, staff, and visitors can check-in/check-out of a community.
What questions does the kiosk ask?
The Kiosk can present up to 5 questions when someone engages with it. There are 3 free form questions and 2 “Yes/No” questions that can be added.
Where can I see kiosk answers or results?
All Kiosk results are written to the Community Feed and Notepad. Activity is also viewable in reports under “Resident Interactions.”
