Simple Signage is limited. You cannot change font, placement or required fields. If you want more customization, use Prntyr. 

Create signage for  your entire community and for an apartment. Signage can be automatically created from existing calendars, menus and other content areas. Turn on signage by simply selecting it, and your calendar items will be created overnight. 


 

Signage is created overnight. Automated signage will not display on the same day. 

Create or edit simple signage

  1. Navigate to Signage on the left hand Navigation

  2. To edit a signage, click the Edit pencil icon in the top right corner of the image. You can edit all settings
  3. To create signage, add the Title, subtitle, recipients, start time, end time and select a photo. 
  4. Signage is sent to Alexas only. Turn on "Alexa and TV" if you want these automated simple slides to show on your TVs (if applicable). 

If you need to change or edit a current slide, delete the slide.

How to automate signage

  1. Navigate to Signage on the left hand Navigation
  2. Click the Content tab on the top

  3. Turn on the content types you want to automatically create. If the toggles are blue, that means they are on and will create new signage each day. 
  4. These will update overnight. 
  5. The "Display Location" is defaulted to Alexa slides only. Turn this on if you want automated simple slides displayed on both Alexa and TVs (if applicable).
